As a guest you are automatically enrolled in our complimentary loyalty rewards program!

It pays to be loyal at Bambù Massage & Spa. There are many ways to earn points, including every time you receive services, purchase products, and book online to name a few.  We take care of enrollment for everyone and automatically add you to the program after your first visit. Our software automatically tracks the points you earn.

Here is how it works:

​

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent

  • 100 points = $1

  • You must have $5 accumulated to redeem your points

FIRST VISIT                             Receive 200 bonus points​

PURCHASE PRODUCTS         2 points per $1 spent

REBOOK                                  Receive 100 points

BOOK ONLINE                        Receive 100 points

The fine print:

​

  • Reward points will be awarded at time of checkout. For example, if you pre-book your next service, you will earn those points when you checkout from that appointment, not at the time of booking.

  • Unused points expire in 365 days.

  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts, special offers or promotions.

  • Some restrictions may apply. Terms may change without notice.

Certain massage services and enhancements may not be suitable during pregnancy or for individuals with specific medical conditions. A doctor’s note may be required in some cases. Massage is not recommended until at least six weeks postpartum; if booked earlier, we may need to reschedule the appointment. Clients must be at least 14 years old to receive a massage and at least 13 to receive a Facial. For all clients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign a consent form prior to the appointment. Minors aged 14 to 15 must have a parent or guardian remain in the treatment room during the service, while those aged 16 to 17 must have a parent or guardian remain on the premises. Additionally, all female minors will be scheduled with a female therapist.
